Lead Software Engineer - .Net fullstack + Azure/AWS (225-808)

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Software Engineer with expertise in .Net fullstack development and cloud technologies, specifically Azure and AWS. Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of fullstack software solutions using .Net and cloud technologies.
• Oversee the entire development lifecycle, from concept and requirements to deployment and maintenance.
• Mentor and guide a team of software developers, fostering an environment of collaboration and continuous learning.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and deliverables.
• Ensure adherence to software development best practices and coding standards across projects.
• Conduct code reviews to maintain high-quality codebase and optimize performance.
• Assess and integrate emerging technologies to enhance existing solutions and drive innovation.
• Manage cloud-based infrastructure and services on Azure and AWS for application deployment.
• Develop technical documentation, including architectural designs and user manuals, to support ongoing maintenance.
• Identify potential risks and implement effective mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to align technical solutions with business objectives.
• Facilitate Agile methodologies and practices, such as Scrum or Kanban, for efficient project management.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in software development and engineering.
• Proven expertise in .Net fullstack development, including C#, ASP.NET, and MVC.
• Strong experience with cloud platforms, specifically Microsoft Azure and Amazon Web Services.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities in managing and mentoring software development teams.
• Extensive knowledge of software development lifecycle methodologies, especially Agile practices.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think critically under pressure.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with diverse teams.
• Ability to drive technical innovation and propose solutions that align with business goals.
