Job Description

As a Field Sales Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving the sales efforts of our company by actively engaging with clients and promoting our products and services. You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences, and providing tailor-made solutions to meet their requirements. This dynamic position requires a high degree of initiative and the ability to work independently while also collaborating with other team members. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and negotiation skills and have a proven track record in achieving sales targets. Responsibilities

  • Identify and acquire new business opportunities to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Establish and nurture strong relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Actively promote and sell company products and services to prospective customers.
  • Conduct regular market research to identify trends and customer needs.
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals to potential clients.
  • Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring favorable terms are achieved.
  • Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of company products and competitor activity.
  • Track and report on sales performance and market intelligence to management.
  • Attend industry-related events and networking opportunities to generate leads.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to support promotional strategies.
  • Provide excellent customer service and handle any inquiries or complaints.
  • Develop and implement strategies to maximize customer satisfaction and retention.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of two years of proven sales experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills required.
  • Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software is essential.
  • Willingness to travel frequently and work flexible hours, as needed.
