Job Description

As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing marketing campaigns that promote a company's brand, products, or services. You will play a major role in enhancing brand awareness within the digital space as well as driving website traffic and acquiring leads or customers. This role requires a high level of creativity, attention to detail, and project management skills. The ideal candidate will have a passion for all things marketing and technology and will be well-versed in the concepts surrounding digital marketing and how the Internet can become a strong asset to securing growing revenue. The candidate will need to be tech-savvy and intuitive with great ideas to reinforce our marketing campaigns.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns to enhance the company’s online presence.
  • Identify trends and insights and optimize performance based on the insights gained.
  • Manage and oversee various digital marketing channels like SEO, PPC, and social media.
  • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns against goals.
  • Plan and execute all web, SEO/SEM, email, social media, and advertising campaigns.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize the user experience.
  • Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across channels.
  • Coordinate with external agencies, partners, and vendors for digital marketing projects.
  • Design, build, and maintain the company’s social media presence across platforms.
  • Manage allocated budgets for advertising and ensure ROI through efficient marketing.
  • Monitor competitor activity and adjust strategies to maintain a competitive advantage.
  • Ensure a consistent and compelling brand voice across digital platforms and content.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field is required.
  • Proven working experience in digital marketing or related positions.
  • Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences effectively.
  • Solid knowledge of website analytics tools such as Google Analytics.
  • Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords and PPC campaigns.
  • Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript will be an advantage.
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking are essential for success.
