A dynamic and creative individual is needed for the role of Videographer, whose primary responsibility will be to capture the essence of moments and tell compelling stories through video content. This role demands an eye for detail, creative instincts, and the ability to bring ideas to life on screen. The successful applicant will work alongside a talented team of producers, editors, and other creatives to generate captivating visual narratives that align with our brand’s vision. This position presents an exciting opportunity to capture raw moments, create engaging storylines, and produce high-quality videos for various media platforms. The ideal candidate will have the technical skills to operate modern video equipment and editing software, paired with the creativity to craft engaging video content that resonates with diverse audiences. Responsibilities

  • Plan video shoots, including choosing locations, setting up equipment, and planning shots.
  • Collaborate with creative teams to understand and meet project requirements and goals.
  • Operate various types of cameras and video equipment to capture high-quality footage.
  • Edit raw footage to create polished and compelling video content for various platforms.
  • Ensure all video content aligns with brand identity and storytelling objectives.
  • Stay updated on video and digital media trends to keep the content innovative.
  • Manage and maintain video equipment and accessories for efficient video production.
  • Coordinate with team members to execute visual concepts and multimedia projects.
  • Manage multiple video projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.
  • Color correct and sound design to enhance the video quality and viewer experience.
  • Create and implement original and unique video content ideas for diverse audiences.
  • Engage with feedback positively to improve the overall quality of video projects.


Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in film studies, cinematography, or related field preferred.
  • Proven experience as a videographer with a strong portfolio showcasing work.
  • Proficiency in using video equipment and editing software such as Adobe Premiere.
  • Strong artistic and creative ability to convey stories visually through video.
  • Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with team members and clients.
  • Ability to work in fast-paced environments and meet tight deadlines consistently.
  • Familiarity with post-production processes, including audio and visual editing techniques.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects and maintain video archives.
  • Understanding of digital media workflows and the latest video production technologies.
  • Commitment to video quality and continuous improvement of videography skills.
