Responsibilities

• Source candidates through various channels including social media and job boards.
• Conduct in-depth interviews to assess candidate abilities and align them with client needs.
• Manage the candidate pipeline to ensure quality delivery of recruitment services.
• Advise clients on market trends and salary expectations to build competitive offers.
• Negotiate job offers between clients and candidates to ensure mutual satisfaction.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of five years experience in recruitment, preferably in a senior role.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for client and candidate interactions.
• Proven track record of successful placements and client satisfaction in various sectors.
• Proficient in using recruitment software and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Strong decision-making skills and a strategic approach to problem-solving.
