We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Engineer, Electrical Maintenance to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will demonstrate a strong understanding of electrical systems, maintenance, and repair techniques, and will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance operations of all electrical systems and equipment in our facilities. This role requires an individual who is adept at diagnosing issues, implementing cost-effective solutions, and ensuring systems operate at optimum efficiency. The Senior Engineer will also play a crucial role in mentoring junior staff, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and collaborating with other departments to enhance overall operational effectiveness. You will be expected to bring your expertise to the table in optimizing maintenance schedules and processes, all while maintaining a staunch adherence to safety and regulatory protocols.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the maintenance operations of all electrical equipment and systems.
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and failures.
• Diagnose electrical issues promptly and provide efficient repair solutions.
• Lead, mentor, and provide guidance to junior maintenance staff and technicians.

• Analyze data from equipment performance to inform future maintenance strategies.
• Stay updated with emerging electrical maintenance technologies and incorporate them as needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or a related technical field.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in electrical maintenance or related roles.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, including codes and regulations.
• Proven ability to lead teams and manage complex maintenance operations.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective team collaboration.
• Familiarity with maintenance management software and diagnostic tools.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities.
• Certified Electrical Maintenance Technician or equivalent certification preferred.
