The Customer Advisor role at 24N25 is a crucial position that involves direct interaction with customers to ensure they have an excellent experience with our company. As a Customer Advisor, you will be responsible for understanding the needs and concerns of our clients, offering them tailored solutions, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. Your role will involve working closely with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience, addressing any issues, and providing feedback to improve service delivery. In this position, you will play an essential part in representing our brand and upholding our reputation for exceptional customer service. Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries promptly, ensuring accurate and courteous communication.
  • Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
  • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits.
  • Follow up to ensure resolution of customer issues and communicate outcomes effectively.
  • Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents.
  • Understand and utilize scripts, systems, and tools for customer support efficiently.
  • Collaborate with the customer service team to ensure consistent customer satisfaction.
  • Educate customers about new products, services, and promotions available.
  • Regularly update and maintain customer databases with accurate information.
  • Meet personal/team sales targets and call handling quotas.
  • Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.

Requirements

  • Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative.
  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening abilities.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices is preferred.
  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of personalities.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills are essential for the role.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively under pressure.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; further education or experience could be advantageous.
