Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough market research to identify potential sales opportunities in the Arabic-speaking regions.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions.
  • Lead presentations and demonstrations of our products to key decision-makers.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to achieve and exceed company sales targets.
  • Monitor industry trends to identify new opportunities and threats in the market.
  • Provide detailed reports on sales activities and client feedback.
  • Manage client accounts and ensure consistent satisfaction with our services.
  • Coordinate with the marketing department to follow-up on promotional campaigns.
  • Negotiate terms and conditions with clients to close sales successfully.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge about our products and any changes to them.
  • Participate in trade shows and conferences to represent our brand.

Requirements

  • Fluent in both written and spoken Arabic and English languages.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Proven track record of successful sales in a competitive environment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport easily.
  • Experience in B2B sales, especially within the Middle East market, is advantageous.
  • Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent negotiation skills and the ability to close deals effectively.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess market trends and customer insights.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
