Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets effectively.
  • Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients to drive business growth.
  • Identify new market opportunities and participate in the development of sales strategies.
  • Deliver product presentations and demonstrations to prospective clients with charisma and clarity.
  • Monitor and report on competitors' activities to identify business opportunities or threats.
  • Work collaboratively with the marketing team to maximize brand exposure and product placement.
  • Assist in the negotiation of sales contracts to ensure maximum profitability.
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding promptly to client inquiries and resolving issues.
  • Prepare regular sales reports, analyzing market trends to inform future strategies.
  • Participate in industry exhibitions and conferences to enhance product knowledge and sales acumen.
  • Coordinate with the after-sales team to ensure high satisfaction and ongoing volume from clients.
  • Manage an effective call plan to ensure maximum productivity and revenue potential.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum of three years' experience in sales, ideally within the power products sector.
  • Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices are essential.
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets consistently over time.
  • Demonstrated ability to convey complex technical information clearly to clients.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills are required.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite is strongly preferred.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings, conferences, and other sales events.
