Job Description

The Sales Executive for Building Materials plays a pivotal role in driving business growth and achieving sales targets within the dynamic construction industry. As a Sales Executive, you will spearhead efforts to market building materials to various clients, including constructors, architects, and retail businesses. You will be responsible for strategizing sales plans, maintaining up-to-date industry knowledge, and nurturing relationships with key stakeholders. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication skills and have a proven track record in sales, preferably within the building materials sector. Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years of proven sales experience in building materials.
  • Strong understanding of the construction industry and its supply chain dynamics.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective client interaction.
  • Ability to negotiate and understand complex contractual terms with clients.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as in a team.
  • Proficient with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite for reporting tasks.
