Job Description

The Sales Executive is a critical member of the sales team, primarily responsible for driving sales and gaining new clients for the company. This role demands a dynamic individual with excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach. The candidate should be able to develop and implement strategic sales plans that expand the company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence. They should be skilled in negotiating and closing deals in a timely fashion, while also providing excellent after-sale care. The ideal candidate will possess a good balance of relationship-building capabilities and a tenacity for achieving and exceeding sales targets. Embodying ambition and professionalism, the Sales Executive should also be prepared to travel and represent the company at various events and client meetings to ensure maximum visibility and success.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve corporate objectives effectively.
  • Identify new market opportunities and potential clients within assigned territories.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships through attentive support.
  • Negotiate and close sales contracts with new and existing clients proficiently.
  • Achieve sales targets consistently, contributing to the overall team goals.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to prospective clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of solutions.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends to strategically place competitive products.
  • Participate in industry trade shows, conferences, and other relevant networking events.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client communications.
  • Provide regular reports on sales performance and market feedback to management.
  • Keep updated with product knowledge, services, and innovations to provide unmatched consultancy.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Proven sales experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills are essential.
  • Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with clients.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities in a sales context.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM software for managing sales processes.
  • Willingness to travel as needed to meet clients and attend industry events.
