Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in real estate, finance, business administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in the real estate industry or similar field.
  • Strong knowledge of real estate market dynamics and property evaluation methods.
  • Exceptional negotiation skills and ability to close deals successfully.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective client interaction.
  • Proficiency in real estate analysis software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Valid real estate license or certification in relevant markets is preferred.
