Requirements

  • Valid real estate license in the state where practicing real estate is mandatory.
  • Proven experience as a real estate agent or a comparable sales position is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of the local real estate market and current industry trends.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills to effectively serve diverse clients.
  • Able to work independently with a proactive approach to meet client needs and deadlines.
