Job Description
- Approves incoming materials by confirming specifications; conducting visual and measurement tests; rejecting and returning unacceptable materials
- Approves in-process production & finished products by confirming specifications; conducting visual and measurement tests.
- Documents inspection results by completing reports and logs; summarizing re-work and waste; inputting data into online quality records, Monitoring and recording all CCP’s.
- Thorough knowledge of Food safety & HACCP system, online product quality check and facility inspection
- HACCP Level 3 certification
- Bachelor/ Master degree in Microbiology, Food science and Technology, Biotechnology
- At least 1 year of experience in relevant field
- Knowledge of MS Office
Khazan Meat Factories, Kuwait and Sharjah, are part of Al Wazzan Group of companies established in Kuwait since 1957 under The Mezzan Holdings Kuwait. Khazan produces a wide range of Poultry and Meat products, the range covers over 200 products that include Burgers, Nuggets, Kebabs and a Crunchy range of Chicken for the kids in the frozen category, and from Mortadella, Fully Cooked Meats, Sausages and Pepperoni in the Chilled range.
