The Project Quantity Surveyor plays a crucial role in the financial and contractual management of construction projects. Responsibilities

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in quantity surveying or construction-related roles.
• Proven ability to manage project budgets, contracts, and financial reporting.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, procurement, and cost management systems.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills for effective stakeholder engagement.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
