Job Description

As an Outdoor Sales Executive, you will be the driving force behind our sales initiatives, engaging with potential clients in various environments outside the traditional office setting. This role requires a proactive, confident, and motivated individual who excels at establishing and nurturing client relationships. You will represent our brand, demonstrate our products, and communicate the value of our services to potential customers, aiming to meet and exceed sales targets. Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in the designated sales territory.
  • Engage with potential and existing clients to present product offerings and services.
  • Conduct face-to-face meetings with clients to understand and analyze their needs.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to enhance the effectiveness of the sales process.
  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits for the organization.
  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets set by management through proactive initiatives.
  • Maintain a robust pipeline of prospects, following up on leads diligently.
  • Generate comprehensive reports on sales activities and provide feedback to management.
  • Stay updated with industry trends to identify potential opportunities and threats.
  • Participate in sales meetings and provide insights into customer demands and market conditions.
  • Ensure all sales activities comply with established company policies and ethical standards.
  • Attend trade shows, conferences, and networking events to expand client base.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in outside sales or similar roles, with a strong sales record.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build lasting client relationships.
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed sales targets within tight deadlines.
  • Must be self-motivated with a capacity for independent work in a dynamic environment.
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel extensively within sales territory.
  • Strong negotiation skills and a knack for closing deals effectively.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software to track sales activities and client interactions.
  • Ability to analyze market trends and adapt strategies to changing conditions.
