Job Description

The Outdoor Sales Executive is a key role within our growing team, responsible for driving sales and expanding our customer base in various outdoor locations. This dynamic and customer-facing position requires a proactive approach to engage with prospective clients and secure sales opportunities. You will play a critical role in fostering relationships, generating new business, and meeting sales targets. With a focus on outdoor sales, you must be adaptable and possess excellent communication skills to effectively present our products and services. Responsibilities

  • Identify potential clients and develop effective sales strategies to meet sales targets.
  • Travel to different locations to promote products and services to prospective clients.
  • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of all products and services offered by the company.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Engage actively with clients to understand their business needs and tailor solutions.
  • Deliver sales presentations and demonstrations tailored to the client’s needs and environment.
  • Negotiate contracts and payment terms with clients, ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction.
  • Provide timely and accurate sales activity reports and forecasts to management.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to identify new markets and customers for business expansion.
  • Monitor competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, and trends.
  • Attend industry conferences and exhibitions to stay abreast of new trends and opportunities.
  • Resolve customer complaints promptly to maintain and improve sales outcomes and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in outdoor sales or a similar sales role would be advantageous.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a strong sales aptitude.
  • Ability to travel frequently, meet new people, and adjust to various working environments.
  • Strong negotiation skills with a track record of successful deal closure.
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and deliver customer-focused solutions.
  • Self-motivated, positive attitude, and willingness to work independently with minimal supervision.
