We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Network Administrator to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of network infrastructure and network hardware. They will also be responsible for designing, managing, and maintaining all aspects of network systems to ensure they are secure, efficient, and support the organization's strategic needs. As a Network Administrator, you will be expected to collaborate with other IT team members, provide technical support, resolve issues promptly, and contribute to the improvement of our network systems, ensuring optimal performance and availability. Responsibilities

• Monitor the performance and ensure the security of the company's network systems.
• Develop and implement network policies for optimization and security improvements.
• Install, configure, and maintain network hardware, software, and communication links.
• Diagnose and resolve any system issues or outages promptly and efficiently.
• Collaborate with IT team members to ensure seamless integration of new modules.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of network architectures and configurations.
• Perform routine network maintenance to ensure maximum uptime and performance.
• Plan and execute network upgrades and expansions as necessary to meet business needs.
• Assist in the development and implementation of disaster recovery plans and backup strategies.
• Train employees on the network protocols and procedures to enhance system use.
• Manage access controls and network permissions to protect company data integrity.
• Research and evaluate emerging network technologies for potential implementation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of three years of experience in network administration or a similar role.
• Detailed understanding of network protocols, firewalls, routing, and switching.
• Proficient with network management and monitoring tools and applications.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills are essential.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in a team-oriented environment.
• Certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, or equivalent network certifications are preferred.
