Operator - Forklift 22J25

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Forklift Operator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of warehouse responsibilities and be able to work efficiently and safely in order to support high-quality warehouse operations. As a Forklift Operator, you will play a key role in our supply chain process. You will manage product placement, retrieval, and material handling responsibilities using advanced machinery. Your main focus will be the safe and efficient movement of goods in line with company policies. Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts to transport goods and materials to designated areas.
• Inspect forklifts and other machinery for safety issues every day.
• Assist with inventory management, ensuring proper labeling and placement.
• Load, unload, and organize cargo within warehouse and distribution areas.
• Collaborate with team members to meet and exceed operational goals.
• Maintain accurate records of shipments and product locations.
• Adhere to safety policies and procedures during all operations.
• Support warehouse team in organizing and maintaining cleanliness of work areas.
• Participate in regular training to stay updated with equipment handling techniques.
• Communicate and coordinate with fellow operators and logistics personnel.
• Report any discrepancies and incidents to supervisors without delay.
• Assist in the stacking and sorting of goods in a careful manner.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification preferred.
• Proven experience as a forklift operator with valid certification.
• Strong understanding of forklift safety practices and operations.
• Excellent physical condition and manual dexterity to handle loads.
• Ability to operate industrial vehicles and other equipment safely.
• Basic proficiency in reading, writing, and arithmetic skills.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and overtime.
