Job Description

As a Key Account Manager, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining and expanding relationships with strategically important large customers. This role is crucial to the success of our company, as you will be responsible for attaining sales targets and delivering customer satisfaction within your assigned accounts. You will serve as an intermediary between clients and cross-functional internal teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs. Additionally, you will have the autonomy to identify opportunities for growth, advance customer engagement, and implement strategies to enhance long-term partnerships. Your ability to combine sales skills with deep knowledge of the clients' business environments will make you a central part of our team's expansion efforts.


Responsibilities

  • Act as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to your accounts.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships to foster trust and loyalty.
  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits and achieve sales targets.
  • Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, stakeholders, and executive sponsors.
  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives.
  • Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with sales team members to identify growth opportunities within your accounts.
  • Forecast and track key account metrics to optimize customer satisfaction and revenue goals.
  • Assists in developing and implementing strategic account plans to drive business growth.
  • Prepare reports on account status to be presented to upper management and clients.
  • Handle customer complaints or escalations by providing timely solutions and resolutions.
  • Coordinate with the marketing team to align customer campaigns and promotional materials.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field preferred.
  • Proven work experience as a Key Account Manager or in a similar sales role.
  • Experience in delivering client-focused solutions tailored to customer needs.
  • Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to close sales agreements successfully.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills are required.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office for managing daily tasks and communication.
