Responsibilities

• Collaborate with senior designers to create engaging and on-brand design solutions.
• Assist in the design and development of digital and print marketing materials.
• Edit and customize graphics for social media channels and web content.
• Support the design team in day-to-day tasks and special projects.
• Prepare design drafts for review and make revisions based on feedback.
• Maintain consistency of the company's visual identity across various platforms.
• Research current design trends and incorporate them into creative concepts.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure design aligns with project objectives.
• Manage multiple design projects with tight deadlines efficiently.
• Participate in design brainstorming sessions and network with other creatives.
• Assist in the maintenance and organization of the design resource library.
• Ensure all finished designs meet quality and brand standards.

Requirements

• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related discipline.
• Excellent attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics and layout.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to articulate ideas clearly.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Basic knowledge of video editing software is an advantage.
• A portfolio showcasing strong graphic design and creative editing skills.
