Responsibilities

• Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues for end-users effectively.
• Provide timely and efficient technical support to team members and clients.
• Install, configure, and update computer applications and operating systems regularly.
• Maintain detailed documentation of technical support activities and resolutions.
• Ensure the security and privacy of networks and computer systems at all times.
• Monitor and manage IT infrastructure to maintain consistent and reliable performance.
• Assist in the setup and deployment of new hardware and software as required.
• Collaborate with other IT professionals to resolve complex technology issues.
• Provide training and guidance to users on software applications and systems.
• Support the administration and management of network devices and user accounts.
• Participate in IT projects and contribute to process improvement initiatives.
• Assist in developing and implementing IT policies and best practice guides.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Proven experience in an IT support role or equivalent tech support functions.
• Strong knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems and troubleshooting techniques.
• Ability to diagnose and resolve basic technical issues swiftly and efficiently.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with non-technical users.
• Familiarity with networking, security, and operating system installations.
• Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft certifications are a plus.
