Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience is required.
• Proven experience as a technical or safety instructor in a professional setting.
• Strong knowledge of safety regulations and technical processes across various industries.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage diverse audiences effectively.
• Ability to design training programs that cater to different learning styles and needs.
• Proficiency in using training software and technology to enhance learning outcomes.
• Certifications in safety training and technical instruction would be an advantage.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple training programs simultaneously.
