Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field is required.
• A minimum of 8 years of experience in mechanical engineering or similar roles.
• Proven ability to lead engineering projects from conception to completion.
• Strong proficiency in CAD software and other engineering design tools.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate across departments.
