Job Description

As a Gym Sales Executive, you will play a vital role in driving the membership growth and brand recognition for our facility. Your primary focus will be on attracting new members, nurturing leads, and retaining existing clients while maintaining our brand's exceptional reputation for health and fitness. This role requires a dynamic individual with a passion for fitness, sales acumen, and the ability to foster strong relationships with clients. You will work closely with prospects, guiding them from initial inquiries through to the membership sign-up process while ensuring they understand the benefits our gym offers. Your success will be measured by your ability to meet sales targets and increase membership revenue while contributing positively to the team atmosphere.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategies to achieve membership sales targets and revenue goals.
  • Manage incoming leads efficiently while ensuring timely follow-up and engagement.
  • Conduct personalized tours of the gym to highlight equipment, classes, and amenities.
  • Build long-term relationships with members to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Engage with potential clients through phone, email, and in-person consultations to generate interest.
  • Participate in community events and promotions to increase brand visibility and attract new members.
  • Handle membership inquiries, providing accurate information regarding services, pricing, and promotions.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to create compelling sales materials and strategies.
  • Maintain an updated database of prospective clients and membership leads.
  • Monitor and report on sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and growth opportunities.
  • Attend training sessions and team meetings to stay updated on product knowledge and sales techniques.
  • Ensure excellent customer service by addressing queries and resolving issues professionally.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in sales, preferably within the fitness or health industry.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to connect effectively with diverse individuals.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and revenue objectives.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a persuasive ability.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and sales processes to manage customer interactions.
  • A passion for fitness and a strong understanding of gym equipment and general fitness concepts.
