Job Description

A Digital Marketing Specialist plays a pivotal role in driving the online marketing efforts of an organization.   • Monitor and evaluate the performance of all digital marketing campaigns.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, clients, and partners to ensure cohesion and effectiveness of marketing strategies.
  • Manage social media marketing campaigns and day-to-day activities across various social platforms.
  • Develop and manage comprehensive paid campaigns including Google Ads and social media advertising.
  • Track and analyze website traffic flow and provide regular internal reports.
  • Identify trends and insights and optimize spend and performance based on the insights gained.
  • Plan and execute initiatives to reach the target audience through appropriate channels.
  • Perform SEO audits to identify opportunities and implement strategies to improve search engine rankings.
  • Stay updated with new marketing technologies and best practices to implement them in marketing strategies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in digital marketing or related field is highly necessary.
  • Strong understanding of current online marketing concepts, strategy, and best practices.
  • Experience managing PPC, SEO, and social media advertising campaigns effectively.
  • Competency in using analytics tools like Google Analytics to measure and evaluate performance.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize under tight deadlines diligently.
