The Opportunity
The B2B Marketing team at Agoda is seeking a Demand Generation Manager/Associate Manager to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth through innovative, data-driven marketing strategies. This role will focus on developing and executing multi-channel campaigns, collaborating across teams, and optimizing performance to support Agoda’s growth in the travel industry.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement demand generation strategies to achieve revenue objectives, including email marketing, SEO, social media, webinars, and content marketing
Manage end-to-end campaign execution, including copywriting, design coordination, and analytics
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, BD, and product marketing) to align campaigns with broader business objectives
Create and manage marketing collateral, including white papers, case studies, infographics, and sales enablement materials
Execute digital audience development campaigns to build awareness, drive traffic, and grow Agoda’s database
Scale growth across social media platforms, focusing on targeted, engaged audiences
Monitor and optimize campaign performance using analytics tools like Google Analytics, Tableau, and CRM platforms
Stay updated on industry trends, new technologies, and emerging distribution channels to innovate demand generation effort
What You’ll Need To Succeed
4+ years of experience in demand generation, performance marketing, or a related field, ideally in travel or e-commerce
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a relevant field
Proficiency in marketing automation platforms (eg Hubspot, Salesforce, and analytics tools (eg Tableau)
Hands-on experience with paid digital campaigns, SEO/SEM, and audience development strategies
Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, and manage multiple tasks
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience in creating compelling marketing content
Self-motivated, adaptable, and capable of executing strategies for diverse audiences & products
Knowledge of webinar platforms, and content management systems is a plus
