Job Description

  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve service quality and customer experience.
  • Identify and escalate customer concerns to relevant departments for further investigation.
  • Provide product-related information and guidance to assist customers in their decision-making.
  • Conduct follow-up communications with customers to ensure issue resolution.
  • Maintain a positive and professional demeanor at all times during customer interactions.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in customer service.
  • Use CRM systems to manage service requests and maintain interaction records.
  • Assist in training and onboarding of new customer service team members as needed.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree is preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service role is required.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential for success.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills to address and resolve customer issues.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other customer service tools is a plus.
  • Friendly and approachable personality with a customer-oriented approach.
