Job Description

As a Client Relationship Manager in the Real Estate sector, you will play a critical role in maintaining and enhancing client satisfaction levels by acting as the key liaison between the company and its esteemed clientele. You will be responsible for establishing and nurturing long-term relationships with existing clients, while also seeking new business opportunities through strategic networking. Your insights and abilities will be pivotal in understanding client needs, providing tailored solutions, and ultimately contributing to the firm's growth and reputation. In this dynamic role, you will collaborate closely with multiple teams, including Sales, Marketing, and Operations, ensuring seamless delivery of services and customer satisfaction at all times.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients in the real estate sector.
  • Act as the primary contact for client inquiries and address any issues promptly.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to identify and explore new business opportunities.
  • Work with marketing teams to create tailored service offerings for individual clients.
  • Provide clients with regular updates on new services and market trends.
  • Analyze client feedback and communicate this information to relevant departments for action.
  • Ensure client satisfaction by monitoring service delivery and enhancing client experiences.
  • Prepare and present client proposals, contractual documents, and reports.
  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize client retention and profitability.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of the real estate market and its competitive landscape.
  • Manage and resolve complex client-related issues with professional expertise.
  • Organize and attend client meetings, property viewings, and site visits as necessary.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is essential.
  • Minimum of 3–5 years of proven experience in a client-facing role.
  • In-depth knowledge of the real estate market and related trends is highly preferred.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills are crucial for this role.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a talent for negotiation are required.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple client accounts efficiently.
  • Proficient in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other relevant tools.
