Job Description

As an Executive Banking Relationship Manager, you will be a vital link between the bank and its high-value clients, managing and cultivating relationships to foster business opportunities. Your primary focus will be to ensure client satisfaction while driving growth through strategic financial solutions that meet their banking needs. You’ll utilize your comprehensive understanding of financial services to advise clients, helping them achieve their financial goals. Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with high-value clients to meet their banking needs.
  • Conduct regular reviews of client portfolios to align with financial objectives.
  • Identify new business opportunities within existing client relationships and external prospects.
  • Provide top-tier financial advice tailored to each client’s unique situations and goals.

  • Attend industry events and conferences to network and promote banking services.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field required.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in relationship management or a similar role.
  • Proven track record in sales and maintaining executive-level client accounts.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively manage client relationships.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a focus on client satisfaction.
  • In-depth knowledge of financial products, services, and market trends.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team and across multiple departments.
