Job Description

As a Business Development Manager, you will play a vital role in driving the growth and expansion of the company. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building effective partnerships, and enhancing the company's market presence. Your expertise in market analysis, strategic planning, and relationship management will be critical in achieving the company's sales and growth objectives. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategies that align with the company's vision and goals. Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive growth and revenue.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and customer needs for service innovation.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to achieve company targets and goals.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations to potential clients and stakeholders.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements to ensure mutual satisfaction and benefit.
  • Track and report on business development activities and results to the management.
  • Attend industry events and conferences to network and promote the company brand.
  • Analyze competitors' strategies to stay ahead in the marketplace.
  • Develop strategic business development plans with a focus on long-term growth.
  • Oversee the implementation of new business initiatives across the company.
  • Provide critical feedback and insights to improve product and service offerings.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven track record in business development or sales management roles.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills are a must.
  • Strong ability to analyze market trends and strategize accordingly.
  • Experience in building and maintaining profitable partnerships and alliances.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other business development tools.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, competitive, and dynamic business environment.
