Job Description

The Business Development Executive, a vital position in our company, plays a significant role in driving the company's growth and profitability. This position requires a dynamic individual with the capability to identify new business opportunities and foster strong relationships with clients and partners. As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic plans that align with the company’s expansion goals. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve the company's market position and achieve financial growth, making substantial contributions to our short and long-term organizational goals.


Responsibilities

  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and trends.
  • Develop and implement strategies for business growth and client acquisition.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and business partners.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations to executives and potential clients.
  • Negotiate contracts with new and existing clients to secure profitable deals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align business strategies effectively.
  • Analyze and evaluate the effectiveness of business development strategies.
  • Prepare regular reports on business development activities and forecasts.
  • Identify opportunities for partner collaboration and joint ventures.
  • Attend industry events and conferences to network and promote brand presence.
  • Oversee the end-to-end sales process to ensure maximized revenue streams.
  • Monitor competitors’ activities and respond proactively to changing market conditions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in business development or sales roles for three years.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for networking and relationship building.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze market data and derive actionable plans.
  • Highly motivated with a results-driven approach to achieving targets.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software applications is required.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities.
