Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of success in a sales role, preferably in HR or talent solutions.
  • Strong understanding of the talent acquisition process and its challenges.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to engage varied audiences effectively.
  • Ability to work independently, as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite to manage client data efficiently.
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed sales targets consistently.
