Accounts Receivable Assistant

Kinetic is working with a leading Industrial company who are hiring an Accounts Receivable Executive to be based in Sharjah.

Key aspects of the role include:

• Liaise with the collections team or directly with the customer to resolve payment issues.
• Respond to customer inquiries and provide resolutions to any billing or payment concerns.
• Reconciles financial discrepancies by collecting and analysing account information.
• Keeping account books and systems up to date.
• Assist in the preparation of financial statements related to accounts receivable.
• Prepare and maintain financial reports on receivables and aging schedules.
• Salary up to 7,000 AED per month.

To be successful you will need to meet the following:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics, or a related field.
• Minimum 4-5 years of experience in accounts receivable or accounting within the Industrial/Contracting industry.
• Experience in AR and GL accounting.
• Strong knowledge of VAT regulations, external audit processes, and IFRS.
• Excellent communication, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, accounting software, and ERP systems.
