Job Summary

We are seeking a strategic and results-oriented Account Growth Manager to drive revenue growth and expand relationships within existing client accounts. This role focuses on identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities, enhancing client engagement, and ensuring long-term account success. The ideal candidate combines account management expertise, analytical skills, and strong business acumen to maximize client value and company revenue.

Key Responsibilities

  • Account Strategy & Growth Planning:
    • Develop and execute account growth strategies to increase revenue, expand services, and strengthen client relationships.
    • Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and new service adoption within existing accounts.
    • Collaborate with clients and internal teams to align strategies with business objectives.
  • Client Relationship Management:
    • Serve as the primary contact for key accounts and nurture long-term relationships.
    • Understand client goals, challenges, and needs to deliver tailored solutions.
    • Address client concerns promptly and ensure high levels of satisfaction.
  • Performance Monitoring & Reporting:
    • Track account performance metrics, growth opportunities, and client engagement.
    • Prepare regular reports for management with actionable insights and recommendations.
    • Analyze trends, market conditions, and client feedback to inform growth strategies.
  • Collaboration & Coordination:
    • Work closely with sales, marketing, product, and customer success teams to deliver seamless client experiences.
    • Support account renewal, contract negotiations, and business review meetings.
    • Participate in strategic planning and contribute to organizational growth initiatives.
  • Market & Industry Awareness:
    • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.
    • Provide insights to clients and internal teams to enhance offerings and value propositions.
Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related field; MBA is a plus.
  • 3–6 years of experience in account management, business development, or sales growth roles.
  • Proven track record of growing existing accounts and achieving revenue targets.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and client management skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to identify growth opportunities and provide actionable insights.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools, analytics platforms, and Microsoft Office Suite.
