Job Description

We are seeking a results-driven E-Commerce Sales Account Manager to manage key online retail accounts, drive sales growth, and optimize e-commerce performance. This role focuses on building strong client relationships, executing online sales strategies, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to maximize revenue through digital channels. The ideal candidate combines account management expertise, e-commerce knowledge, and analytical skills to deliver measurable business results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Account Management & Client Relations:
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned e-commerce clients and partners.
    • Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention.
    • Address client needs, provide solutions, and resolve issues promptly.
  • E-Commerce Sales & Growth:
    • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
    • Identify upselling, cross-selling, and promotional opportunities on e-commerce platforms.
    • Monitor sales performance and provide actionable insights to clients and internal teams.
  • Digital Marketing & Merchandising Collaboration:
    • Work closely with marketing, merchandising, and product teams to optimize product listings, promotions, and campaigns.
    • Support product launches, digital campaigns, and seasonal promotions.
    • Ensure online content is accurate, engaging, and aligned with brand standards.
  • Analytics & Reporting:
    • Track and analyze key performance metrics such as sales, traffic, conversion rates, and ROI.
    • Prepare regular reports and present insights to clients and management.
    • Recommend strategies to optimize e-commerce performance and maximize revenue.
  • Market Research & Strategy:
    • Monitor competitor activity, market trends, and industry developments.
    • Provide recommendations for pricing, promotions, and assortment strategies.
    • Contribute to strategic planning to drive e-commerce growth and customer engagement.
Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, E-Commerce, or a related field.
  • 3–6 years of experience in e-commerce account management, sales, or digital retail.
  • Proven track record in managing online accounts and driving e-commerce sales growth.
  • Strong understanding of digital platforms, online marketplaces, and e-commerce trends.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and client management skills.
  • Proficiency in analytics tools (Google Analytics, Excel, Power BI) and e-commerce platforms (Shopify, Amazon, Magento, etc.).
