As a 3D Signage Fabricator, you will play a pivotal role in bringing creative designs to life by transforming conceptual drawings into tangible signs and displays. You will work collaboratively with designers, architects, and project managers to produce high-quality three-dimensional signs using a variety of materials and techniques. Your work will be critical in ensuring that the brand and message of each client are effectively communicated in a visually stunning and structurally sound manner. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fabrication, keen attention to detail, and the ability to work with cutting-edge technologies in the signage industry.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with designers and project managers to understand design specifications and project goals.
• Utilize a range of materials including metals, plastics, wood, and foam in signage projects.
• Operate and maintain various fabrication machinery and tools, ensuring optimal performance and safety.
• Assemble complex, three-dimensional signage structures using welding, gluing, and other techniques.
• Interpret technical drawings and blueprints to accurately produce signage components.
• Ensure all packaging, storage, and transportation of finished products are secure and professional.
• Conduct quality checks and inspections to verify that all signage meets company standards and client specifications.
• Participate in site installations to ensure proper implementation and orientation of the finished product.
• Keep abreast of new materials, tools, and techniques in 3D signage fabrication industry.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior fabricators or apprentices within the team.
• Manage and track inventory of materials and components needed for ongoing projects.
• Maintain workspace cleanliness and organization to promote a safe and efficient work environment.

Requirements

• Proven experience in 3D signage fabrication or a related field is essential.
• Proficiency in interpreting complex technical drawings and plans with precision.
• Skilled in the use of fabrication tools and machinery such as CNC machines and laser cutters.
• Strong knowledge of different materials, including metals, plastics, and composites.
