Job Description

Summary-

We are seeking a reliable and experienced Team Leader to oversee our Front Desk operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading a team of front desk staff to ensure efficient customer service and smooth daily operations.

The position is based at The Cove Rotana.

Job Responsibility-

• Supervise and mentor front desk staff, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluations.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and requests in a professional and efficient manner.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Assist in resolving customer issues and complaints.
• Monitor inventory and order supplies when necessary.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
• Provide regular reports to management regarding front desk performance and customer feedback.
  
  

• Proven experience in a front desk or customer service role.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle difficult situations calmly.
• Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in hospitality is a plus.
