We’re expanding the RAK facility to support new product lines and higher build capacity. With global brand awareness and multiple domains (corporate, regional, and model microsites), we’re ready to scale our organic growth—and we need an SEO specialist who can turn our momentum into measurable results.
Role Purpose
Own and execute Sunreef’s organic growth strategy across all web properties, lifting qualified traffic, rankings, and conversions for our key ranges (Power, Sailing, Explorer, Ultima) and brand initiatives. You’ll partner closely with Marketing, PR, Web, and Sales to translate search intent into leads and brand authority.
Strategy
Develop optimization strategies that increase the company’s website search engine results rankings
Take responsibility for page optimization for search engine marketing
Researching and implementing content recommendations for organic SEO success
Recommend changes to website architecture, content, linking and other factors to improve SEO positions for target keywords
Efficiently communicate with other marketing professionals to align goals & work as a team
Link
Create and execute link building strategy for the overall development of all company domains.
Engage with other businesses (affiliates) over link-building opportunities, to bring in paid commission for driving customers to their websites
Research and analyze competitor advertising links
Use social media to distribute content and encourage more external sites to link to your content - giving you more authority
Keyword
Perform ongoing keyword research, discovery and optimization for new relevant keywords to use throughout the company website and marketing materials
Constantly check search terms, rankings and analytics to monitor performance of client websites and make recommendations for improvement
Monitor existing keywords & optimize them for each page
Analyze competitors for trending keywords recommend content ideas
UI/ UX
Collaborate with web development team to ensure SEO best practices are properly followed throughout website content
Recommend user experience (UX) and conversion rate optimization methods to turn visitors into more active users and to help improve website performance
Content Writing
Work with content writing and marketing teams to drive SEO in content creation and content marketing
Write compelling and high-quality website content, including blog posts and page descriptions, Meta tag etc. to improve website search results
Performance
Determine measurable goals that demonstrate improvement in marketing efforts
Monitor daily performance metrics with SEO tools such as Google analytics, SEM Rush & Ubersuggest to understand SEO strategy performance
Monitor the algorithms set by the search engines to keep up to date with changes.
Requirements
Proven SEO experience & a genuine interest in SEO and/or digital marketing
Two to three years of experience in successfully developing and executing SEO campaigns
Evidence of a strong personal online profile, e.g. a blog, website or connections and interactions on various social media platforms
A good understanding of search engines
A good understanding of PR and how to get the right messages out there
Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints
Excellent with online research & in keeping technical skills, knowledge up to date
Excellent understanding of SEO tools eg. SEMrush, Ubersuggest
Good knowledge of Wordpress
Must be experienced in managing SEO for multiple domains.
An inquisitive mind which drives you to understand Googles algorithms and predict what changes might be coming
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and an excellent knowledge of Excel
Some experience and knowledge of web hosting.
