We’re Hiring | Security Shift Leader (Arabic Speaker)

DoubleTree by Hilton – Marjan Island is looking for an experienced Security Shift Leader (Arabic Speaker) to join our Safety & Security team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise security team during assigned shifts

• Ensure safety and security of guests, staff, and property

• Monitor hotel premises and respond to incidents professionally

• Enforce hotel policies and safety procedures

• Coordinate with management and emergency services when required

Requirements:

• Previous experience in hotel or facility security

• Strong leadership and communication skills

• Fluency in Arabic (mandatory)

• Knowledge of safety, emergency response, and security protocols
