• Work collaboratively on special project designs such as weddings and corporate events.
• Ensure all floral deliveries are accurate and timely, providing high customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Previous experience in floral design or a related field is highly desirable.
• Demonstrated creativity in designing innovative and visually appealing floral arrangements.
• Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and suppliers.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
• Capacity to lift and move heavy buckets of water and floral supplies safely.
• Familiarity with various floral design software and ordering systems is a plus.
• A passion for flowers, design, and customer interaction, with an eye for detail.
