Job Description

Summary-

The Lobby Hostess is responsible for providing a warm and welcoming environment to guests as they enter the premises. They greet visitors, assist with inquiries, and ensure a positive first impression of the organization.

The position is based at The Cove Rotana.

Job Responsibility-

• Greet and welcome guests as they arrive at the premises
• Provide information about the organization, services, and facilities
• Assist guests with inquiries, requests, and directions
• Ensure the lobby area is clean, organized, and well-maintained
• Monitor guest flow and manage waiting lists if necessary
  
  

• Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Good grooming and professional appearance
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure
• Knowledge of multiple languages is a plus
