Job Description

Summary-

As a Director of Revenue, you will be responsible to oversee the development and implementation of revenue strategies to increase the company's profitability and drive sustainable growth.

The position is based at The Cove Rotana Resort!

Job Responsibility-

• Develop and implement revenue management strategies to maximize revenue streams
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new revenue opportunities
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and finance teams to optimize pricing strategies
• Analyze revenue data and make recommendations to improve revenue performance
• Lead a team of revenue professionals and provide guidance and support to achieve revenue targets
• Present revenue reports and recommendations to senior management
  
  

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field; MBA preferred
• Proven experience in revenue management, pricing strategy, or related fields
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret complex data
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Experience in the hospitality, travel, or related industries is a plus
