Summary-

We are looking for a skilled Chef Tournant specializing in Oriental cuisine to join our team. The Chef Tournant - Oriental Kitchen will be responsible for overseeing the operations of the Oriental kitchen, including creating menus, training staff, and ensuring high-quality dishes are consistently served.

Job Responsibility-

• Develop and create Oriental-inspired menus in line with the restaurant's concept and standards.
• Train kitchen staff on Oriental cooking techniques, recipes, and plating presentations.
• Ensure all dishes are prepared and served according to the established recipes and quality standards.
• Monitor kitchen inventory for Oriental ingredients and place orders as needed to maintain stock levels.
• Collaborate with the Head Chef to plan and execute special Oriental-themed events or promotions.
  
  

• Proven experience as a Chef Tournant or similar role with a focus on Oriental cuisine.
• In-depth knowledge of Oriental cooking techniques, ingredients, and flavors.
• Strong leadership and communication skills to train and motivate kitchen staff.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain high standards of quality and consistency.
• Creative flair for developing new Oriental dishes and menus to attract and retain customers.
