Job Title: Cashier - Food & Beverage

Job Summary

We are looking for a customer-focused, reliable Cashier / Order Taker to join our Food & Beverage team. The ideal candidate should have experience in cashiering, order-taking, POS operations, and customer service in a fast-paced F&B environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers warmly and accurately take food and beverage orders.
  
• Process cash, card, and digital payments using the POS system.
  
• Accurately enter customer orders and communicate them to the kitchen team.
  
• Upsell menu items, beverages, and special offers to increase sales.
  
• Pack and hand over completed takeaway and delivery orders.
  
• Coordinate with the kitchen to ensure orders are prepared accurately and on time.
  
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve basic complaints or concerns professionally.
  
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and organization of the cashier counter and front-of-house area.
  
• Follow all food safety, hygiene, and company policies and procedures.
  
• Balance the cash drawer and complete all end-of-shift cashier procedures accurately.
  
• Support the team with other front-of-house duties as required.
  

Requirements

• Minimum 1 to 2 years of experience as a Cashier, Order Taker, or Food Runner in the F&B industry
  
• Experience using POS systems and handling cash transactions
  
• Good communication and customer service skills
  
• Good command of English (Arabic is an advantage)
  
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  
• Well-groomed, reliable, and a team player
  
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, weekends, and holidays
