Job Description
Position Summary:
All Inclusive Collection Properties is seeking a dynamic and service-oriented Assistant Outlet Manager to join our Food & Beverage team. The Assistant Outlet Manager will support the Outlet Manager in overseeing the daily operations of the outlet, ensuring high service standards, guest satisfaction, and team efficiency. This role is essential in maintaining smooth service flow, managing staff performance, and achieving financial goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Operational Support: Assist in managing the day-to-day operations of the outlet, ensuring smooth service delivery, adherence to brand standards, and optimal guest experience.
Guest Relations: Greet and interact with guests, ensuring satisfaction and handling any complaints or requests promptly and professionally.
Team Supervision: Supervise and motivate the outlet team, assign duties, provide training, and ensure staff performance aligns with company standards.
Inventory Control: Assist in managing stock levels, including ordering, receiving, and monitoring usage to minimize waste and maintain cost control.
Financial Oversight: Support in achieving outlet financial targets by monitoring expenses, upselling, and contributing to revenue generation strategies.
Compliance: Ensure health, safety, and hygiene regulations are strictly followed within the outlet.
Collaboration: Work closely with the Outlet Manager and other departments to coordinate service, events, and special promotions.
Reporting: Provide feedback and reports to the Outlet Manager on sales performance, staff issues, and guest feedback.
Problem-Solving: Resolve operational issues efficiently and take initiative to improve guest service and outlet performance.
Qualifications
Qualifications & Skills:
Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in food and beverage service, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
Proficiency in POS systems and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Knowledge of food and beverage trends and service techniques.
Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
