Job Description

Summary-

We are looking for a skilled Spa Therapist to provide various spa treatments to our clients. The Spa Therapist will be responsible for delivering high-quality services to promote relaxation, wellness, and rejuvenation.

The position is based at The Cove Rotana.

Job Responsibility-

• Perform spa treatments such as massages, body scrubs, facials, and body wraps
• Consult with clients to assess their needs and recommend appropriate treatments
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Uphold hygiene standards and follow safety procedures
• Keep track of client records and preferences
• Promote spa services and products to clients
  
  

• Proven experience as a Spa Therapist or in a similar role
• Knowledge of various massage techniques and spa treatments
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work well in a team
• Certification or diploma in Spa Therapy or a related field
  
  

• Strong customer service skills
• Ability to communicate effectively with clients to assess their needs and preferences
• Strong attention to detail and cleanliness
• Physical stamina and dexterity to perform massage therapy techniques
• Certification in various types of massage therapy
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Understanding of health and safety regulations in a spa setting
• Sales skills to promote additional spa services or products
• Time management skills to effectively schedule appointments and provide services efficiently
