Assistant Food & Beverage Manager

What You Will Be Doing
Lead, mentor and train the Food & Beverage Operations team for smooth operation
Ensure Food & Beverage relevant brand standards are maintained
Ensure consistent and efficient service is provided by well trained team to our guests
Oversee the implementation of a training plan for all food & beverage team members
Strategize on new products and service offerings
Maintains a presence in the outlets during operating hours
Foster a winning, solution-oriented work environment, motivating and engaging employees to continuously deliver the best possible service and to provide feedback and suggestions
To drive the performance of the food & beverage team members, including completion of performance appraisals, coaching counselling and performance management in conjunction with People & Culture
To provide support to the F&B Director in strategic planning, operational management, and team leadership to drive excellence in the Food & Beverage department
Qualifications
Your experience and skills include:
Service focused personality is essential and previous leadership experience required
Previous experience with 5 Star International Brand in a complex F&B Operations will be preferred
Should have eye to details and focus on quality results in terms of service
Proven ability to build and maintain good relationships with all stakeholders
Communicate thoughts, actions and opportunities clearly with strong networking skills
Ability to lead by example, believe in a strong team culture and set the scene for high performance
