Chief Engineer - Civil Division

1. Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Chief Engineer - Civil Division to lead and oversee civil engineering and construction activities across multiple projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for technical supervision, project quality, cost control, contractor coordination, and ensuring timely project delivery in compliance with UAE regulations and engineering standards.

• Technical Supervision: Lead and oversee all civil engineering and construction activities across multiple projects.
• Project Quality: Ensure all works meet engineering standards, specifications, and quality requirements.
• Cost Control: Monitor project budgets and control costs throughout the project lifecycle.
• Contractor & Consultant Coordination: Manage and coordinate contractors, consultants, and engineering teams.
• Timely Delivery: Ensure projects are delivered on schedule in compliance with UAE regulations and authority requirements.

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering; Master's degree preferred

Experience

• Minimum 15 years of experience in civil engineering and construction, including at least 5 years in a senior leadership role
• Extensive experience in high-rise buildings and large-scale construction projects
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects, engineering teams, contractors, and consultants

Required Knowledge

• Strong knowledge of UAE building codes, construction regulations, and authority requirements

Required Skills

• Excellent technical, leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Primavera P6, MS Project, and Revit
