About The Role
The role of the Web and App Data Analyst will be responsible for ensuring the capture analysis and dissemination of marketing and user experience data to ensure teams across Corporate Communication & Marketing Brand (CCMB) can make real-time data-driven decisions. The role will work closely with Strategic Planners, Customer Insights and Customer Strategy Retention to identify data capture requirements and along with inputs from relevant teams across the department design and implement analytics solutions.
In this role you will
Understand requirements for tracking, measurement and reporting across CCMB teams.
Support teams across CCMB through proper tagging and tracking, developing the guidelines and frameworks and ensuring the correct setup by agencies, third parties and internal teams.
Deliver in-depth behavioural analyses, and funnel performance insights that highlight friction points and drive actionable UX improvements across digital journeys.
Work with the product team to define measurement KPIs and set up tracking and measurement. Document measurement frameworks, KPI development and reporting inputs for reference by all teams within CCMB as needed.
Build automated dashboards, reports and scorecards for self-service use across the product and design teams. Train and support teams across CCMB in understanding and utilizing the reports to make data-backed decisions.
Support product planning and feature optimisation by providing relevant behavioural data and insights to inform prioritization and design.
Facilitate A/B testing, multivariate tests and impact analysis on product releases through proper analytics setup, tracking and reporting in order to inform data-driven decisions and successive iterations as needed.
Monitor data quality, raising any quality issues with the appropriate teams within CCMB or externally to the vendors. Document and track these requests, updating impacted teams along the process.
Maintain compliance to emirates group privacy principles and work with the data privacy network liaison within CCMB to ensure privacy and security of personal data is considered by design and default in all aspects of the role.
Qualification
This job might be for you if you have
Degree or Honours (12+3) or equivalent preferably in Engineering, Digital Marketing, E-Commerce.
Google Analytics Certification highly desired 5 years experience in digital marketing analytics in a global organization.
Web product or UX analytics.
Youll have an edge if you have
Advanced knowledge of UX analytics platforms such as heat and scroll mapping tools and web tracking and reporting tools.
Advanced knowledge of Google Analytics Tracking and reporting, like conversion tracking, goals segmentations, third party.
Intermediate query writing skills and knowledge of SQL, Google Big Query, Google cloud platform, etc.
Intermediate understanding of different BI tools, like Microstrategy and Tableau, etc.
A basic understanding of performance driven Digital Marketing Channels like Paid Search Affiliate Marketing, Email Marketing, Display Marketing, etc.
Basic knowledge of advanced marketing analytics concepts, like Multitouch attribution, cross-device journeys, visitor cohort, etc.
